2. How We Use Cookies
The Shinnyo-en Lanka Preschool Admission Portal (admissions.shinnyo.lk) uses cookies to keep your application session secure and working correctly as you move through the form, to remember your preferences, and, where enabled, to understand overall usage of the Portal so that we can improve it. We do not use cookies on the Portal for third-party advertising or to build advertising profiles of applicants or children.

4. Third-Party Cookies
Where the Portal uses a third-party service (for example, a hosting, security, or analytics provider), that provider may set its own cookies in accordance with its own privacy and cookie practices. We select such providers with care and, where analytics are used, configure them to minimise the personal data collected. We do not knowingly permit third-party advertising cookies on the Portal.
5. Cookies and the Preschool’s Systems
If your application results in an offer of a place, you may be directed to visit other portals and systems for different purposes. Each of these systems are a distinct service with its own cookie and privacy practices, described by their own privacy policies and is not covered by this Policy.

Please note that blocking or deleting strictly necessary cookies may prevent the application form from functioning correctly, for example, you may be unable to progress through or submit our multi-page application.

We may update this Cookie Usage Policy from time to time, including to reflect changes to the cookies used on the Portal. The "Last updated" date above will be revised accordingly.
