Application guidelines
- Your child should be aged 3+ and less than 4 years old as of 31 Jan 2027.
- Please ensure all the necessary information of your child is accurately entered.
- All the necessary details of both parents should be duly completed. In an event that a parent's details cannot be entered, the relevant checkbox should be marked.
- If the child is residing with a Guardian, their details should also be included on the form.
- A photograph of the child should be submitted. Please follow the Photo Guidelines on the next page to submit the photo correctly.
- All applications should be submitted before the deadline date and time mentioned in the header.
- Applications printed and sent by post / handed over in person will NOT be accepted. All applications must be made online.
- Please note that the original documents listed on the next page should be brought for the interview, if your child is shortlisted. This is a mandatory requirement for all applications.
- Filling more than one application is not allowed.
- Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification.
- Decisions made by the School Management will be final. Letters of appeals will not be acknowledged nor considered.
- No phone calls / appointments will be accepted by the School Office regarding any details about your application / subsequent interview.

Full payment is required before the academic year begins.
Payment by instalments is not permitted.
Payments must be made online. Portal details will be provided by the Preschool.
Documents to be brought for the interview
Originals of all these documents should be brought for the interview. This is a mandatory requirement for all applications. Those who do not bring the necessary documents will be rejected during the interview.
- Child's Birth Certificate
- Residence verification documents (Grama Niladari Certificate, Utility Bill — electricity, water, telephone)
- Child's Baby Book / Immunization Records
- Employment confirmation letters for both parents (and Guardian, if applicable)
- Photocopies of the National Identity Cards of both parents (and Guardian, if applicable)
- If a sibling has studied in the school, documents to prove it (graduation certificate or report card)
- Photograph of the child (please read the guidelines below)
Guidelines for capturing your child's photograph
A photograph of your child needs to be uploaded to this online application and also brought for the interview. Please review the information below on how to provide a suitable photo. We recommend you use a suitable device to capture the photograph.
- Color photograph
- Photograph size: 35mm x 45mm
- Taken within the last 3 months to reflect the child's current appearance
- Taken in front of a plain white or off-white background
- Taken in full-face view directly facing the camera
- Taken with proper lighting without showing any flash reflections and no red eye
- Ensure that there are no shadows on the face
- Ensure the child's eyes are open in the photo
- Glasses should not be worn in the photo
- No head gear should be worn (eg: hat or cap) covering the hair
- No toys or headphones or similar items should be worn in the photo
